What are HAVN’s shipping rates?
Shipping within the U.S. is free.
Where do you ship orders?
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
When will I receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors. For updates or concerns, feel free to contact our customer support team.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number from our shipping partner. You can use it to view the most up-to-date shipping information on their website.
What does “Signature Required” mean?
All orders require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your HAVN gear arrives safely and securely.
The package will be delivered to the shipping address—not directly to you—so a household member, neighbor, or building manager may sign for it if you're unavailable.

Conditions for Returns

- The Goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
- The Goods are in their original condition.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return request. Returns must be made in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories, to be eligible for a full refund.
Please note that items returned with damage not reported prior to return, missing components, or without original packaging may be subject to a partial refund or denial of refund at our discretion.
